Ingredients

  • 250g halloumi cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano (optional but recommended)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Halloumi:
    Remove halloumi from packaging and pat dry with paper towels.
    Slice into ½-inch (about 1 cm) thick pieces.
  2. Heat the Pan:
