Ingredients
- 250g halloumi cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano (optional but recommended)

Remove halloumi from packaging and pat dry with paper towels.
Slice into ½-inch (about 1 cm) thick pieces. -
Heat the Pan:
Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
Heat until shimmering but not smoking. -
Pan-Fry:
Arrange slices in a single layer. Fry for 2–3 minutes per side
until golden brown and crispy. -
Season & Serve:
Sprinkle with dried oregano (if using) and serve immediately while warm and crispy.
