Ingredients
- 4–5 medium russet potatoes (thinly sliced)
- 2 cups beef gravy (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Instructions

Prep
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish. -
Layer
Arrange sliced potatoes evenly in the dish.
Season lightly with salt and pepper if desired. -
Pour & Top
Pour beef gravy evenly over the potatoes.
Sprinkle cheese on top. -
Bake
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 15–25 minutes until potatoes are tender and the top is golden. -
Serve
