🍨 Easy 4-Ingredient Ice Cream (No-Churn)
Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream (cold)
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
Mix condensed milk, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
Fold gently the whipped cream into the milk mixture until smooth.
Freeze in a covered container for 6–8 hours (or overnight).
Serve & Enjoy! Scoop and let it sit 2–3 minutes if it’s very firm.
Easy Variations
Chocolate: Fold in ¼ cup cocoa powder or melted chocolate.
Strawberry: Swirl in ½ cup strawberry puree.
Cookies & Cream: Add crushed cookies at the end.
Coffee: Dissolve 1–2 tsp instant coffee in the milk.
