These Cheesy Chicken Fritters are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside,
and packed with juicy chicken and melted cheese. They’re quick to make and
perfect for lunch, dinner, or even as a party appetizer!
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, finely chopped or shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 2–3 tablespoons vegetable oil (for frying)

Prepare the Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine chopped chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, eggs, mayonnaise, flour, green onions, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined. -
Heat the Pan:
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. -
Cook the Fritters:
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of mixture for each fritter and place into skillet. Slightly flatten with a spoon.
Cook 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. -
Drain and Serve:
Remove fritters and place on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
