🍗 Crispy Chicken Fritters
Golden and crunchy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside —
these Crispy Chicken Fritters are perfect as an appetizer, snack, or even a main dish.
Easy to prepare and packed with flavor, they’re guaranteed to be a family favorite!
Ingredients
- 500 g (1 lb) chicken breast, finely chopped or minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 egg
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
- Oil for frying

Prepare the Chicken:
Finely chop chicken breast into small pieces or lightly mince using a food processor.
Do not over-process into a paste. -
Mix the Ingredients:
In a bowl, combine chicken, garlic, onion, parsley, egg, flour, cornstarch,
cheese (if using), salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
Mix until thick and slightly sticky. -
Heat the Oil:
Heat about 1–2 cm (½ inch) of oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. -
Shape and Fry:
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and flatten gently into a patty.
Fry 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. -
Drain and Serve:
Transfer to paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
