Overnight Orange Roll Casserole is a warm, sweet breakfast bake made with soft orange rolls, creamy custard, and a rich glaze that melts into every bite. Preparing it the night before allows the rolls to soak up the custard mixture, creating a soft, fluffy texture that bakes into a perfectly comforting breakfast dish.

🛒 Ingredients
- 2 cans refrigerated orange sweet rolls (with icing)
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup chopped pecans (optional)

Prepare the Baking Dish
Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cut the orange rolls into quarters and spread them evenly in the dish.
Reserve the icing packets for later. -
Make the Custard
In a large bowl whisk together:- eggs
- milk
- heavy cream
- sugar
- vanilla extract
- cinnamon
- salt
Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Pour the custard mixture evenly over the cut orange rolls, making sure all pieces are coated.
Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top if using. -
Refrigerate Overnight
Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
This allows the rolls to absorb the custard and develop a soft, pudding-like texture. -
Bake
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Remove the casserole from the refrigerator and allow it to sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes.Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until the top is golden and the center is set.

Warm the reserved icing packets slightly and drizzle them over the casserole while it is still warm. -

Allow the casserole to rest for about 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
