  • Cook Time: 8–10 minutes
  • Total Time: About 20 minutes
  • Servings: 4

Ingredients

For the Salmon Bites

  • 1½ pounds salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Optional Garnish:

  • Chopped parsley or cilantro
  • Sliced green onions
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
Cut them into 1-inch bite-sized cubes and place them in a large bowl.

Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Gently toss until all pieces are evenly coated with seasoning.

  2. Make the Bang Bang Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together:

    • Mayonnaise
    • Thai sweet chili sauce
    • Sriracha
    • Honey
    • Lime juice

Mix until smooth and creamy. Adjust the flavor by adding more sriracha for heat or honey for sweetness.
    Set aside.

  3. Cook the Salmon
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add a small drizzle of olive oil.

Place the salmon pieces in a single layer in the pan. Avoid overcrowding.
Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until the salmon becomes golden brown and crispy on the outside while remaining tender inside.

  4. Add the Sauce
Remove the salmon from the heat.
Drizzle the bang bang sauce over the salmon bites or gently toss them in the sauce until coated.
  5. Garnish and Serve
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with chopped parsley, green onions, or sesame seeds if desired.
    Serve immediately.
