Ingredients

  • 1 package (12 oz) egg noodles

  • 1 packet brown gravy mix

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the Meatballs
    Place the frozen meatballs into the slow cooker.
  2. Prepare the Gravy
    In a bowl, whisk together the beef broth and brown gravy mix until smooth.
    Pour the mixture over the meatballs.
  3. Cook
    Cover and cook on:

    • LOW: 3–4 hours
    • HIGH: About 2 hours

    Allowing the meatballs to heat through and the sauce to develop flavor.

  4. Add the Noodles
    Stir in the uncooked egg noodles along with 1 cup of water if needed.
    Cover and cook for another 30–40 minutes, until the noodles become tender.
