Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls work great)
  • 12 slices corned beef
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese (cut in half)
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Optional additions:

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven
    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    Line a baking sheet or small baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Sliders
    Slice the slider buns in half horizontally without separating them individually.
    Place the bottom half of the buns in the baking dish.

    Layer evenly with:

    • Corned beef
    • Swiss cheese

    Place the top half of the buns over the cheese.

  3. Add the Butter
    Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter.
