Ingredients
- 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls work great)
- 12 slices corned beef
- 6 slices Swiss cheese (cut in half)
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Optional additions:
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
Instructions

Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet or small baking dish with foil or parchment paper. -
Prepare the Sliders
Slice the slider buns in half horizontally without separating them individually.
Place the bottom half of the buns in the baking dish.Layer evenly with:
- Corned beef
- Swiss cheese
Place the top half of the buns over the cheese.

Add the Butter
Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter.(Optional: mix the butter with Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, or minced onion for extra flavor.)

Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden. -
Serve
Cut into individual sliders and serve warm.
