This dish delivers all the flavors of a traditional cheesesteak but in an easy-to-make baked casserole.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef or thinly sliced steak
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone or cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
Optional toppings:
- Sliced green onions
- Extra cheese
Instructions

Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish. -
Cook the Beef
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the beef and cook until browned.
Drain any excess grease. -
Add Vegetables
Add:- Onion
- Bell peppers
- Garlic
Cook for 4–5 minutes until the vegetables soften.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. -
Mix the Cream Cheese
Add the cream cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and well combined with the beef mixture. -
Assemble the Casserole
Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle mozzarella and provolone cheese evenly over the top. -
Bake
Bake for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden. -
Serve
Let the casserole cool slightly before serving.
