Instructions

  1. Make the Cream Filling
    In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
    Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until creamy.

    In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
    Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.

  2. Build the Layers
    In a 9×9 inch dish, arrange a layer of graham crackers on the bottom.
    Spread a layer of the cream mixture evenly over the crackers.
    Add a layer of sliced strawberries.

    Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cream on top.

  3. Chill
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight so the graham crackers soften and become cake-like.
  4. Serve
    Before serving, garnish with:
