Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 carton (about 24 oz) creamy tomato basil soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Optional:
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions

Prepare the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on:- LOW: 6–7 hours
- HIGH: 3–4 hours
Cook until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
