Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3–4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 small onion, chopped

- ½ teaspoon paprika or garlic powder
Instructions

Brown the Beef (Optional but Recommended)
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.

Add Ingredients to Slow Cooker
Place the diced potatoes and chopped onion into the slow cooker.
Add the cooked (or raw) ground beef.
Pour in the diced tomatoes with juices. -
Season
Add salt, pepper, and optional spices if desired.
Stir lightly to combine. -
Cook
Cover and cook on:- LOW: 6–7 hours
- HIGH: 3–4 hours
Cook until the potatoes are tender and flavors are well blended.
