Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup canned or fresh peaches, diced (drained if canned)
Instructions

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and line a loaf pan. -
Prepare the Batter
In a large bowl, beat together:- Cream cheese
- Butter
- Sugar
Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing well. -
Add Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together:- Flour
- Baking powder
- Salt

Fold in Peaches
Gently fold in the diced peaches. -
Bake
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. -
Cool and Serve
Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Slice and serve.
