Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
- ½ small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional:
- Ketchup or mustard (for filling or dipping)
- Sesame seeds (for topping)
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

Cook the Filling
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until browned.
Drain excess grease, then season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. -
Prepare the Dough
Flatten each piece of biscuit or pizza dough into a small circle. -
Fill
Spoon a portion of the beef mixture into the center of each piece.
Top with shredded cheese. -
Seal
Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges tightly to seal, forming pockets. -
Bake
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown. -
Serve
Serve warm with:- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Pickles on the side
Storage
