Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
Optional:
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
Drain excess grease and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using. -
Add Creamy Base
Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and milk until well combined. -
Assemble
Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
Place the biscuits on top, spacing them slightly apart. -
Bake
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30–35 minutes, or until biscuits are golden and cooked through. -
Serve
Serve warm as a complete meal.
Optional: sprinkle cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
