Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk

Optional:

  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef
    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
    Drain excess grease and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
  2. Add Creamy Base
    Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and milk until well combined.
  3. Assemble
    Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
    Place the biscuits on top, spacing them slightly apart.
  4. Bake
    Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30–35 minutes, or until biscuits are golden and cooked through.
  5. Serve
    Serve warm as a complete meal.

    Optional: sprinkle cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
