Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat (cut into chunks)
- 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Optional:
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions

Add Ingredients
Place the beef chunks into the slow cooker.
Add diced onion and minced garlic. -
Add Tomatoes
Pour the crushed tomatoes over everything. -
Cook
