Ingredients

  • 4–5 medium russet potatoes (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cups beef gravy (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Instructions

  1. Prep
    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Layer
    Arrange sliced potatoes evenly in the dish.
    Season lightly with salt and pepper if desired.
  3. Pour & Top
    Pour beef gravy evenly over the potatoes.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Bake
    Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake another 15–25 minutes until potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
  5. Serve
    Let rest for a few minutes, then serve warm.
