A rich, ultra-creamy potato casserole that’s unbelievably easy and always the first dish to disappear at any gathering.

Ingredients
- 1 bag (28–32 oz) frozen diced potatoes (or fresh, cubed)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Prep
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish. -
Mix
In a large bowl, combine:- Potatoes
- Cream of chicken soup
- Sour cream
- 1 cup of the cheese

Assemble
Spread the mixture evenly into the baking dish.
Top with the remaining cheese. -
Bake
Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden on top. -
Serve
Let sit for a few minutes before serving.

- Add garlic powder or onion powder for extra flavor
