Slow Cooker Classic Meatloaf
A classic, hearty meatloaf made effortlessly in the slow cooker—tender, juicy, and topped with a sweet tangy ketchup glaze that everyone loves.

Ingredients
- 1½ pounds ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Glaze:
- ¾ cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard (optional)
Instructions

Mix
In a large bowl, combine:- Ground beef
- Breadcrumbs
- Egg
- Milk
- Onion
- Salt and pepper

Shape
Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it into the slow cooker. -
Add Glaze
Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.
Pour and spread over the meatloaf. -
Cook
Cover and cook:- LOW: 5–6 hours
- HIGH: 3–4 hours

Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
Serve with mashed potatoes or vegetables.
