Slow Cooker Cube Steak and Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 cube steaks
- 3–4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 2 cups beef gravy (prepared or from mix)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Layer the Potatoes
Lightly grease the slow cooker.
Add sliced potatoes in an even layer at the bottom. -
Add Onion
Scatter chopped onion over the potatoes. -
Add the Steaks
Place cube steaks on top in a single layer. -
Season
Sprinkle onion soup mix evenly over the meat. -
Add Gravy
Pour the prepared beef gravy over everything. -
Cook
Cover and cook:- LOW: 6–8 hours
- HIGH: 3–4 hours

Serve hot with the rich gravy spooned over the steak and potatoes.
