Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 cups dry egg noodles
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1½ cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Assemble
    Spread dry egg noodles evenly in a greased casserole dish.
    Crumble raw ground beef over the noodles.
  3. Add Sauce
    In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup with beef broth.
    Pour evenly over the beef and noodles.
  4. Bake Covered
    Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Add Cheese
    Remove foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and bake uncovered for another 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Serve
    Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
