Slow Cooker Creamy Italian Pasta

Ingredients
- 3 cups dry pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 cup bottled creamy Italian dressing
- 1½ cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

Place dry pasta into the slow cooker.
Pour creamy Italian dressing and chicken broth over the pasta. -
Cook
Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours, stirring once halfway through if possible. -
Add Cheese
Once pasta is tender, stir in shredded mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy. -
Serve
Serve warm as a main dish or side.
