Ingredients

  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients
    Place chicken, mushrooms, carrots, and onion into the slow cooker.
  2. Add Liquids
    Pour in chicken broth and cream of mushroom soup.
    Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook
