Ingredients

  • 4–5 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Layer Ingredients
    Place sliced potatoes and onions into the slow cooker.
  2. Add Butter & Season
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook
    Cover and cook:
    • LOW: 4–5 hours
    • HIGH: 2–3 hours
    Until potatoes are tender and onions are soft and caramelized.
  4. Serve
