Slow Cooker Honey BBQ Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 6–8 chicken thighs (boneless or bone-in)
- 1 cup sweet BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Prep the Chicken
Season chicken thighs lightly with salt and pepper.
Place in the slow cooker. -
Make the Sauce
In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, and garlic. -
Assemble
Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Add sliced onions on top. -
Cook
- LOW: 5–6 hours
- HIGH: 3–4 hours
