Ingredients

  • 4–5 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 can condensed French onion soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add Potatoes
    Place diced potatoes into the slow cooker.
  2. Pour & Mix
    Pour the French onion soup over the potatoes.
    Add sour cream, salt, and pepper.
    Stir lightly to combine.

    • HIGH: 3–4 hours
  4. Add Cheese
