Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1 cup ricotta cheese (or cream cheese)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (or dried herbs)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Prepare Beef
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spread raw ground beef evenly in a baking dish.
Season with salt and pepper. -
Make Creamy Mixture
In a bowl, mix:- Ricotta (or cream cheese)
- Parmesan
- Egg
- Parsley

Layer
Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the beef layer. -
Bake
Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until beef is fully cooked and the top is lightly golden. -
Serve
Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
