Ingredients
- 2 cups penne pasta (parboiled)
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup ricotta or cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- ½ teaspoon paprika (for a smoky flavor)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Make the Sauce
In a saucepan, combine:- Tomato sauce
- Heavy cream
- Ricotta (or cream cheese)
- Paprika, salt, and pepper

Assemble
Place the penne in a baking dish.
Pour the sauce over it and mix slightly to coat. -
Add Cheese
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top. -
Bake
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden. -
