Ingredients

  • 2 cups penne pasta (parboiled)
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup ricotta or cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • ½ teaspoon paprika (for a smoky flavor)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Make the Sauce
    In a saucepan, combine:
    • Tomato sauce
    • Heavy cream
    • Ricotta (or cream cheese)
    • Paprika, salt, and pepper
    Stir over medium heat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Assemble
    Place the penne in a baking dish.
    Pour the sauce over it and mix slightly to coat.
  3. Add Cheese
    Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top.
  4. Bake
    Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  5. Serve
    Serve hot—perfect with garlic bread or a fresh salad.
