Amish Cinnamon Bread

Amish Cinnamon Bread

Amish Cinnamon Bread is a soft, buttery quick bread with a sweet cinnamon swirl and a crisp sugary crust. This recipe requires no kneading and no yeast—you simply mix the batter, layer it with cinnamon sugar, and bake. The result is a tender loaf that tastes like a cross between coffee cake and cinnamon toast.

It’s a classic homemade treat that disappears quickly because of its rich flavor and soft texture.
