Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 cups dry egg noodles
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1½ cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). -
Assemble
Spread dry egg noodles evenly in a greased casserole dish.
Crumble raw ground beef over the noodles. -
Add Sauce
In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup with beef broth.
Pour evenly over the beef and noodles. -
Bake Covered
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. -
Add Cheese
Remove foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and bake uncovered for another 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden. -
Serve
Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
