📝 Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets (or frozen, thawed and drained)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional, for topping)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Steam broccoli 3–4 minutes until slightly tender but still bright green. Drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, combine rice, chicken, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and 1½ cups shredded cheese. Mix well.
