- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets (or frozen, thawed and drained)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional, for topping)

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Steam broccoli 3–4 minutes until slightly tender but still bright green. Drain well.
- In a large bowl, combine rice, chicken, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and 1½ cups shredded cheese. Mix well.
