Ingredients

  • 1 lb (500g) gnocchi
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Make the Creamy Sauce
    In a bowl or saucepan, mix:
    • Heavy cream
    • Tomato sauce
    • Garlic
    • Italian seasoning
    • Salt and pepper
    Stir until smooth and well combined.
  2. Assemble
    Place gnocchi in a baking dish.
    Pour the creamy mixture over the top and gently mix.
  3. Add Cheese
    Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella evenly over the dish.
  4. Bake
    Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
