Ingredients
- 6 small to medium potatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Prepare the Potatoes
Wash the potatoes and prick them lightly with a fork.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 40–45 minutes until tender. -
Stuff
Let the potatoes cool slightly, then gently press or split them open to create a fluffy interior. -
Assemble
Place the potatoes in a baking dish.
Pour the heavy cream over them, then sprinkle generously with cheese.
Season with salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder. -
Bake Again
Return to the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly. -
