Creamy Mushroom Baked Chicken

Ingredients
- 4–6 chicken thighs (or breasts)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Prepare the Dish
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place chicken in a baking dish and season lightly with salt and pepper. -
Add Sauce
Spread the cream of mushroom soup evenly over the chicken.
Scatter mushrooms on top. -
Bake
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake another 10–15 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and slightly golden. -
Serve
Serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or bread to soak up the creamy sauce.
