Ingredients
- 2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- ½ cup shredded cheese
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions

Add Ingredients
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Add the uncooked rice on top. -
Mix the Sauce
In a bowl, combine chicken broth and cream of chicken soup, then pour over everything. -
Season
Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. -
Cook
Cover and cook on:- LOW: 5–6 hours
- HIGH: 3–4 hours

Shred & Finish
Remove the chicken, shred it, then return it to the slow cooker and stir.
