Ingredients

  • 2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional:

  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients
    Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
    Add the uncooked rice on top.
  2. Mix the Sauce
    In a bowl, combine chicken broth and cream of chicken soup, then pour over everything.
