Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup beef broth
- ½ small onion, finely chopped
Optional:
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- Cooked pasta or rice for serving
Instructions

Add Ingredients
Place the ground beef in the slow cooker and break it up slightly.
Add the chopped onion on top. -
Add Creamy Base
Spoon the cottage cheese over the beef, then add the cream of mushroom soup. -
Pour & Season
Pour in the beef broth and sprinkle with garlic powder (optional). -
Cook
Cover and cook on:- LOW: 5–6 hours
- HIGH: 3–4 hours
