Ingredients
For the Salmon Bites
- 1½ pounds salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
For the Bang Bang Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Optional Garnish:
- Chopped parsley or cilantro
- Sliced green onions
- Sesame seeds

Prepare the Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
Cut them into 1-inch bite-sized cubes and place them in a large bowl.Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Gently toss until all pieces are evenly coated with seasoning. -
Make the Bang Bang Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together:- Mayonnaise
- Thai sweet chili sauce
- Sriracha
- Honey
- Lime juice
Mix until smooth and creamy. Adjust the flavor by adding more sriracha for heat or honey for sweetness.
Set aside. -
Cook the Salmon
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add a small drizzle of olive oil.Place the salmon pieces in a single layer in the pan. Avoid overcrowding.
Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until the salmon becomes golden brown and crispy on the outside while remaining tender inside. -
Add the Sauce
Remove the salmon from the heat.
Drizzle the bang bang sauce over the salmon bites or gently toss them in the sauce until coated. -
Garnish and Serve
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with chopped parsley, green onions, or sesame seeds if desired.
Serve immediately.
