Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

Optional:

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base
    In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and slightly thickened.
  2. Add Pineapple & Coconut
    Stir in the drained crushed pineapple and shredded coconut until well combined.
  3. Fold in Whipped Topping
    Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
  4. Optional Add-ins
    Mix in mini marshmallows and nuts if desired.
  5. Chill
