Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Sausage Gravy

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and fully cooked.
  2. Sprinkle the flour over the cooked sausage and stir continuously for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Gradually add the milk while stirring to prevent lumps.
  4. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the gravy thickens.
