- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (8 oz / 225 g) refrigerated crescent roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Cook the sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- Add the cream cheese: Reduce heat to low. Stir in softened cream cheese until smooth and fully combined. Remove from heat.
- Prepare the base: Unroll crescent dough and press evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, sealing perforations.
