Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup diced green bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)
Optional toppings:
- Sour cream
- Salsa
- Guacamole
Instructions

Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
Drain excess grease.Add the taco seasoning and water, stir well, and simmer for about 3–4 minutes until the mixture thickens.

Prepare the Dough
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into rectangular or square pieces. -
Add the Filling
Place a spoonful of the seasoned beef in the center of each dough piece.
Top with cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, diced bell pepper, and green onions. -
Fold the Pockets
Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket.
Press the edges firmly with a fork to seal. -
Bake
Place the pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops with olive oil or melted butter.Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
