Ingredients
- 2 cups elbow macaroni (cooked)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Make the Silky Sauce
In a saucepan:- Melt butter
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute
- Slowly whisk in milk until smooth
Stir until creamy and silky. -
Assemble
Place cooked macaroni in a baking dish.
Pour the cheese sauce over it and mix gently. -
Bake
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
(Optional: broil 2–3 minutes for a golden top) -
