Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 2 cups dry elbow macaroni
- 1 jar (24 oz) tomato sauce or pasta sauce
- 2 cups beef broth (or water + bouillon)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Instructions

Layer Ingredients
Add raw ground beef to the slow cooker and break it up slightly.
Pour dry macaroni over the top. -
Add Liquids
Pour in tomato sauce and beef broth.
Make sure most of the pasta is covered with liquid. -
Cook
- LOW: 6–7 hours
- HIGH: 3–4 hours

Add Cheese
During the last 15–20 minutes, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Cover until melted and creamy. -
Serve
Stir everything together and serve hot—rich, cheesy, and incredibly satisfying!
