Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 small head of cabbage, cut into wedges
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ teaspoon paprika
Instructions

Prepare the Base
Place the cabbage wedges in the bottom of the slow cooker. -
Add Chicken
Lay the chicken thighs on top of the cabbage. -
Season & Add Liquid
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (optional).
Pour in the chicken broth and add butter if using. -
Cook
Cover and cook on:- LOW: 5–6 hours
- HIGH: 3–4 hours

Serve hot, spooning the flavorful juices over the chicken and cabbage.
