Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (14 ounces) cranberry sauce
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Optional garnish: Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Slow Cooker
    Lightly grease the slow cooker or use a slow cooker liner for easier cleanup.
  2. Add the Chicken
    Place the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Add the Sauce
    Pour the canned cranberry sauce evenly over the chicken. Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix and black pepper on top.
  4. Cook
    Cover and cook on:
    LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
