Slow Cooker Creamy Butternut Squash Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
- 2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cups rigatoni pasta (uncooked)
- 2 cups butternut squash puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan or mozzarella cheese
Instructions

Layer
Add chicken breasts to the slow cooker.
Pour in butternut squash puree, heavy cream, and chicken broth. -
Season
Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. -
Cook
Cover and cook:- LOW: 4–5 hours
- HIGH: 2–3 hours

Shred & Add Pasta
Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker.
Add uncooked rigatoni and stir well. -
Finish
Cook on HIGH for 20–30 minutes until pasta is tender.
Stir in cheese until melted and creamy.
Tips
- Add spinach at the end for extra flavor
- Use pre-cooked pasta to speed things up
- Swap cream with half-and-half for a lighter version
