Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 4 oz cream cheese
Optional garnish:
- Fresh parsley
- Chopped green onions
Instructions

Prepare the Slow Cooker
Lightly grease the slow cooker or use a slow cooker liner for easier cleanup. -
Add the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker. -
Add the Sauce Ingredients
Pour the cream of chicken soup evenly over the chicken.
Add the ranch seasoning mix and chicken broth.
Place the cream cheese on top. -
Cook
Cover and cook on:- LOW: 5–6 hours
- HIGH: 3–4 hours
The chicken will become very tender and easy to shred.

Shred the Chicken
Using two forks, shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker and mix it with the creamy sauce until well combined. -
Serve
Serve the creamy chicken mixture warm in bowls.
