Slow Cooker Creamy Italian Pasta

Ingredients

  • 3 cups dry pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup bottled creamy Italian dressing
  • 1½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients
    Place dry pasta into the slow cooker.
    Pour creamy Italian dressing and chicken broth over the pasta.
  2. Cook
    Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours, stirring once halfway through if possible.
  3. Add Cheese
    Once pasta is tender, stir in shredded mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
  4. Serve
    Serve warm as a main dish or side.
