Ingredients
- 4–5 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 can condensed French onion soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Add Potatoes
Place diced potatoes into the slow cooker. -
Pour & Mix
Pour the French onion soup over the potatoes.
Add sour cream, salt, and pepper.
Stir lightly to combine. -
Cook

- HIGH: 3–4 hours
